Analysis of Rainy Valentines Day CHILDHOOD MEMORIES Part 2

To the BayWindow We Did Run, Waiting For the Mailman Was Such Fun,
A Big Brown Satchel We Could See , Swinging From His Shoulder Carefully,  Full to The Brim  We Could See Valentine Cards For You & Me. Reds & Whites were The Norm, & They Had so  Very Much Charm. Sweet Little Verses, Drawings Too & Poetry Written Especially For You !
Into the Meadow We Did Go , Behind the Farmhouse Running So,Our Horses Galloping  in a Faster Trot,Slowing Them Down We  Could Not .    Over The Brook & Into the Woods,Suddenly Stopping on A Dime & Out on The Meadow We Did Find 4-Leaf Clovers Were Sublime. Round The Maypole We Did Dance, Falling Down & In A Trance. Wonders Were Abounding So, Country Life is the Only Way To Go.
And Long Before Roller Blades, They Were Simply  Roller Skates. The Key You’d Wear Round Your Neck, & Hoping that  You Would Not Fall When You Did That Mighty Spin, Causing All Your Friends To Grin !
Down to The Well We Would Go For Drinking Water We Could Tow.  From The Bucket We Did Sip, Fresh Spring Water Was A Trip. Then We’d  Lower it Again , Filling  it Almost To The Brim !.
In Our Sailboat, We Did Float Under Bridges & Near the Moat, & Always Waving at Billy Goat. Over Yonder We Did Spy Seagulls Flying in The Sky. Swooping Down & Gliding Round  Catching Lunch With Fish They Found. & The Lighthouse  We Could See Shining Its  Beam  Ever so Brightly. But the Storm Was Drawing Near, The Sunny Day Soon Disappeared. Angry Clouds Formed  Up Above, & We Started Rowing  Toward The Shore. Could it Be That We Would Be Caught Out in This Stormy Sea. Faster , Faster We Did Row, Lowering The Sails As We Did Go ! Soon The Farmhouse Was in View & We Tied Up  & Then We Flew. The Rain Was Already Pounding Down, & We Thought we Would Almost Drown. The Fireplace Beckoned Us Nearby , Flopping Down in Our Favourite Chairs, Grandma Said Oh What Dears !  Hot Chocolate I Will Bring To You & It Will Warm Your Insides Too !  So Adventures We had Quite a Few, but Playing Safe Was all We Knew, Raising Pigeons on The Side & Sometimes Winning  A  Blue Ribbon Prize. And Tho These Memories are So Dear, They Are Still So Very Clear. And When You  Get All Burdened Down  From Trials & Tribulations That Make You Frown ; Simply Close Your Eyes & Get Lost in Thought !...............
