Analysis of Customer Service

Many who are hired to provide,
Assistance to others.
In customer service positions.
May not accept themselves,
As servants to the people.
Yet...
That's what they are.
Although...
Some become to believe,
They are the ones doing the customer a favor.
By being rude and disrespectful.
However,
A few have no clue...
What being of service to others mean.
And they are the ones in need,
Of psychological training.
On an ongoing basis.
To understand and comprehend,
Who is paid to remain tolerant and patient.

Or...
Find another job.
Like a teacher, policeman, fireman.
Or maybe...
A single parent alone raising,
Children.
Doing the best they can.
Being everything to everyone.
As if a security guard disregarded.
To listen to someone else say,
'Do you mind getting to the point?
My time is not your time to waste!'

Then to be abruptly put on hold.
Or...
Conveniently disconnected!
To perceive what they have done,
Had been of service to someone.
And at their expense!
