Analysis of Caveat Emptor
Steve Cochrane 1955 (Cape)
Be careful in all things you do,
Like when you buy a car.
Please have it checked by one that you
Can trust, so it goes far.
The same is true when you look for
A house to call your own.
Don't just rely on honesty,
Because of things unknown.
And when you choose to buy that place,
Please read between the lines.
Before you sign the document,
Don't let them cheat you blind!
