Analysis of Not Your Toy To Enjoy

I can not, could not and won't,
Belong to you and others too.
I'm not a toy to be played,
A game everyday unchanged to play.
I'm not your toy to enjoy.
Awaiting to be annoyed.
Hoping while I pray to be your victim.
Not me!

I too live to have my own needs fulfilled.
With a doing to stand,
On my own two feet.
And believe this or not,
No one else has offered...
To meet my needs and wants voluntarily.
Then think they can treat me as they please.
Not me!

Not a cent of my dues have you paid.
I'm not a dog to fetch a bone.
Or a stick thrown.
To teach how to bring it home.
Not a bill I owe has your name on it.
As I ask for your consent,
If it's okay to pay my own rent.
Then to up and leave,
Feeling satisfied you alone...
Had been alone to condone,
The teaching me of a good deed.
Not me!

Whatever it is you have others believing.
You did this and that for me.
To not know the truth and reality of it.
And I could care less,
Of your having regrets to exaggerate...
With deceiving embellishments.
Since what I have done,
God was there to assist.
Regardless of the credit...
You believe is yours,
To mention and receive to get.
Not here or from me is it coming.

'But...
Who was there to criticize your every move?
No one else,
Provided that motivation for you!'

'And don't forget,
To mention incentive too!'

'Incentive?
What incentive?'

'To take another direction.
With a doing to ignore,
Your judgements on me to pass.
To leave you and your aspirations,
For someone else to tell you what to kiss!
How, where and when.
Hopefully to show you there is a difference.

And...
No matter how difficult,
The comprehending to understand...
The meaning understood may be.

Remember this,
If your seeking to find a toy to play with...
Find one without a mind.
Lacking the use of common sense.
And please don't take this personally.
But a thoughtlessness like yours,
Can only be developed,
From being homemade.'

'Oh...
I won't take that personally.
I know you didn't intend to offend me.
By now I know you should know,
I have been here to do for you...
For others I have done as well.
Although I must confess,
Others have yet expressed their appreciation.
As much as you have done,
To let known your gratefulness.
I can only thank you.'

'How?
By...
Well,
Leaving you alone, I guess!'
