Analysis of Distorted Time
Steve Cochrane 1955 (Cape)
I fall back into yesterday
Reliving past mistakes
And second guess what might have been,
Although it is too late.
I also jump to future days
And think of what might be
Although tomorrow is not here,
My choices hard to see.
Why does anxiety invade
My mind where worry lives?
I must try harder when it comes
To fight the fear it gives!
