Analysis of Doomsday

Stop pointing
 accusing fingers;
first remove the plank
 in your own  eyes
before accusing others.

In your little world
you commit more atrocities;
you commit more crimes
than hardened criminals;

you wreck much havocs than savages
and drug barons

you are a cannibal
a beast of no nation.

You dread genuine and reasonable criticism;

you don't have the final say.

A mere mortal like Moses rebuked God;
but God himself had no choice
than to bow
and listen.
God harkened to Moses
and relented in  his anger
and spared his own people
from destruction.

If not for Moses
 God would have
destroyed
the Israelites on the way.

The journey
to the Promised
 Land
would have been aborted.

But you a mere man
you hate and
detest criticism;
your ego cannot
be punctured;
just imagine.

Your disgrace
your humiliation
is imminent.

A little genuine criticism
and you flare up
and draw your deadly sword ready
to exact your pound of flesh.

Beware
Doomsday
 is coming;
no mortal
can escape it.

You and I cannot escape it:
that Great judgement Day
when every creature will be paid for his deeds.

Remember
Adoni-Bezek reaped
 his own great reward.
You too will reap
 yours
yes, you will reap yours;
yes, you will.

About this poem

In your little corner you play God. You are above rebuke. Nobody can criticise, or revile you. You are above God. A big trouble awaits you.Think twice. Nobody is above error. Even God had to be called to order by his servant Moses, when, in his anger, he wanted to destroy his chosen people, the Israelites.
