Analysis of To Whoever Reads These Words
Joe Strickland 1986 (Hobbysville, SC)
To whoever reads these words,
I want you to know this truth.
No matter where you are,
Or what challenges you face,
You are enough.
It's easy to lose sight of this fact,
To feel like you're always falling short.
But I am here to tell you,
That you are perfect just as you are.
You might have days that feel impossible,
Nights where you can't find peace.
But know that even in those moments,
You are still enough.
I'm so proud of you for not giving up,
For pushing through the struggles and the strife.
Your strength and resilience are remarkable,
And they inspire me every day.
To whoever reads these words.
Take heart,
And know that you are loved.
You are valued and appreciated,
And everything about you is just right.
Keep shining your light,
And moving forward with courage.
You are enough,
And always will be.
To whoever reads these words.
I love you
Though I don't know who you are.
To whoever reads these words.
I write them,
Because I myself,
Am desperate to hear them said to me.
