Analysis of Failure To Administer A Deserving Meant

Failure to administer,
A deserving of punishment...
The moment it is needed,
To apply and implement?
Has been a policy followed,
Increasingly to prevent meaningful discipline.
Ruining the minds,
Of rude and disrespectful children.
Today, now the parents of uninformed,
Juvenile delinquents.
Sitting in crowded courtrooms,
In suburban towns.
Awaiting for a judge to make a decision...
As to whether a sentence given,
For crimes committed is too severe.
While parents listening in denial,
Of having anything to do...
With their children's behavior.
Then to plead to a judge for leniency.

'You folks refuse to acknowledge,
To have been a catalyst to your sons'...
Attitudes and indignant behavior?'

'We had nothing to do,
With their theft of catalytic converters.'

'Unfortunate remain the minds,
Of homegrown criminals.'

'It's much better than what is sold today.
And...
Approved by the government.'

'Dare I ask?
What is today,
Not as good as it was yesterday?'
