Analysis of An Elegy of a Dead Relationship
I mourn the lost of
this Relationships demise,
With a Heavy Heart,
and with Tears in my eyes.
We tried to make it work,
but in the end we failed,
Our trying wasn't good enough,
our parting ways prevailed.
A lasting relationship that
has come to its ending,
Dead to the world,
The decomposing is beginning.
Let us not waste time,
if we know what is best,
put this relationship
in the ground for it eternal rest.
Earth to earth, Ashes to ashes,
and Dust to dust,
this Relationship is expired,
There is no more us.
