Analysis of Under The Canopy Of Who?

Sure to some extent, we can have security. But mostly, It is illusionary
The question is always:
Under whose canopy?

A wealth of the nations,
A wealth of the individuals, the thing that kept many juggling each day
Question: Under whose canopy?

Sweating each day to be seen,
To be noticed, counted among
Many angling for recognition
That never comes.
Under whose canopy?

Piece of the mind, the ultimate
 barometer for knowing how far
we have matured as a person, nation, friends, Under whose canopy?

Happiness, the light of the spirit
soul and body. The genie everywhere
and yet far from many.
Under whose canopy?

Glory, the earthly and heavenly prize
We all pursue and many kept ending
empty handed. Thru history, the tale
remained the same. Under whose canopy?

To many, the process, route
Never matters. Their wisdom
Remains the destination. Whether
Under God or Satan’s canopy
Is secondary.

About this poem

Some of us, what matters Is the destination and how we get there is not important to make and that is why our prisons and corruption is overflowing theese days.
