Analysis of You

Lovinda Mendes Gomes 1976 (Mumbia)

In my golden days when I met you,
I wanted to be a pal to you;
There were times when I started liking you,
but then I knew I was standing in a queue.

You went along with others so well,
was it for the same you pushed me into hell;
Did she give you all the love,
that you thought of leaving this dove.

May God bless you in your future,
that you may have a good nature;
May you be happy with your love,
and in your distant future do not forget this dove.
