Analysis of Pure
Gelene Beverly (PathofStars) 1979 (Ohio)
When you say I love you,
To me it’s something more.
It’s not about some pleasure
But a trust that’s truly pure.
Depth in friendship is quite rare,
And seems impossible to find.
But when I think about our talks
That’s all that comes to mind.
When honesty rules all we do,
Even when it hurts.
Growth and healing can occur,
Doubt to trust converts.
Love does not have to be
What the world has defined.
It can be something so much more,
A creation that’s truth designed.
