Analysis of Oh Stop The Lonely Calling

When the hurt crushes
      all of your soul
When it grabs you and squeezes
      and burns you like coal
It runs how it pleases
with force and control
          And then
You kneel when you dare
   And suffocate
           You may
As dirt under the bushes
  Is more than appears
   So aching still seizes
And holds you with fears
When all that you see is
Is no longer here
Oh my heart beware
       When
Tears evaporate
          Away and
Though darkness is endured
                 you pray
That time refreshes as you sleep
How you want to feel secure
                    today
How you yearn to feel release
When the answers are obscure
                   You say
How you wish that you could see
When your ways are so unsure
                  And sway
You long for something you can keep

Oh stop the lonely calling
               Will you
Scream among the trees?
Sad expressions and deep wailing
                  that
leap among the breeze
            And when
  treasures of snow are falling
And the leaves have lost their way
How the mocking bird keeps
squalling
 In the dawn
another day
