Analysis of Leonard, age 74
He comes onstage
Slowly, meekly, smiling
Rumpled black fedora
Three beautiful female singers
One masterful lead guitar
Harmonica, saxaphone, keyboard
Percussionist drummer.
Others all excellent craftsmen.
Been together for years.
This was venue London, England.
Folks roar out their approval, laughter.
Jewish, lean troubadour from Montreal.
Leonard just smiles.
Hat off, bowing.
Moves on to next piece.
Wonderful night of treasures.
So long Marianne.
Suzanne takes you down.
Hallelujah etc.

About this poem
Leonard Cohen launched an amazing concert tour worldwide. He had to. Business manager had embezzled most of his worth…tour was an amazing success. Strange, this flip-flop.
