Analysis of As does anyone else
Naman Srivastava 3005 (Jamshedpur)
Having walked on the newly polished floor,
a traditional Indian cow dung polished one.
Found myself stepping on a dead bug, a dragon fly.
Its body was lifeless and lightweight,
and little ants were carrying it to somewhere.
It wings were crushed, which just wanted to fly
I wanted to wear my slippers but they were a bit ahead.
My bare feet was on it and I felt pity and repentance,
Out of the blue,
a thought got stuck in my mind
and I thought, isn't this the way of life,
Where every giant one steps upon the new wings of the small one,
and the even smaller ones carry them away to fill themselves.
So I walked ahead, took my slippers, retraced my steps,
I went back without even to reminisce.
As does anyone else.

About this poem
This poetry represents accrual but true aspects of society, Where high and mighty people Crush The dreams of lower people, and their talent and passion all go waste. After which they should try again but they lose all hope in the wrong company. These wrong associations are of the smallest people who only take advantage of these disappointed people to fulfill their selfishness. Even people who have strong point of view and power to raise voice do not speak anything against it and ignore these things as if nothing has happened. As if it has become the custom of the world that people only care about themselves and think only about themselves as everyone else does, more »
