Analysis of Relief

Relief...
In A World That Cares Nothing For Me.
I tell myself I still must believe,
That there is still good out there,
We All know life's not fair.
I have always cared far too much,
Regardless That most Don't Give a Fu#k.
Growing up I remember what I was told,
And try desperately to not become hard & cold.
Still gets harder everyday to just not want to slip away.
Music, writing & Reaching out,
If I'm not doing one of those three I have no idea what I am about.
I fight daily to stay in my zone,
But I will always feel  empty & Alone.
There has to be something more,
A reason a purpose of what I Am here for.
So I continue to search within for that reason.
Cuz I desperately need something to believe in.
It just seems like my efforts are in vein,
Anything good is out weighed by pain.
I will hold onto self & my beliefs
At some point there will be relief..
Don't Give Up
