Analysis of Painful Love

Twas a moonlit night when we shared a glance,
Lost in your eyes- was begging for a chance;
But you turned away; and I broke apart,
Like a hurricane, you tore through my heart.

Day after day, night after night, you stirred
in me; sensations, sounds not meant to heard;
As my senses took spins from the center
of a black hole, one which I could not enter.

I hate the way your smiles make me feel  dumb,
My brain becomes a platter of breadcrumbs,
I hate the way your looks make me feel gone,
A zombie, a shell whose soul can't return.

I hate the way I love you; my longings
now turns me to an addict with cravings.
