Analysis of They Fought For Us

THEY FAUGHT FOR US
THEY FAUGHT FOR RIGHTS
THEY FAUGHT ALL DAYS
AND THEY FAUGHT
ALL NIGHTS
PUTTING THEIR LIVES
ON THE LINE
TAKING THE RISK
OF SEEING THEIR FAMILY
FOR THE LAST TIME
THEY FAUGHT FOR US
IN WORLD WAR ONE
AND TWO
LOOK AT THE BRAVERY
THEY HAD FOR
ME AND YOU
SOME PASSED AWAY
SOME CAME BACK
AS DIGGERS
SOME WERE SCARED TO
PULL THE TRIGGERS
SOME WERE YOUNG
AND SOME WERE OLD
FOR CENTURIES
THERE STORY WILL
BE TOLD
SO JOIN WITH ME TO
SHOW RESPECT
TOGETHER AS ONE
WE CAN ALL REFLECT
THEY FAUGHT FOR US
THEY FAUGHT FOR RIGHTS
THEY FAUGHT ALL DAYS
AND THEY FAUGHT
ALL NIGHTS.....
