Analysis of 3:45 am

I hope he treats you the same way you treated me
I hope that you stay awake overthinking everything,
that you are always filled with doubt and your insecurities overweigh his words
I hope he calls you his one and only,
and then repeats the same thing to someone else behind your back
I hope he makes you listen to all of his favorite songs as you try to hold back tears because he hasn’t replied in hours when you know he’s online
I hope you confide to your closest friends on how he is out with other girls
I hope he makes you feel sick to your stomach because you know you are losing him
and I hope when he leaves you
you can barely pick yourself up off the bedroom floor,
I hope he leaves you utterly shattered, used and mentally exhausted
I hope he makes you feel half-loved and never enough
I hope you feel all this with him like I felt with you
