Analysis of Live in the Word

Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)

Some think they write the words of God.
But I just take dictation.
It’s not a matter of where you are from.
But who presented your orientation.

Don’t take to heart the words you read.
Unless the Truth confirms them!
The Holy Spirit is your guide
And He must first affirm them!

So, don’t be tossed about the sea,
On waves that come from men!
But listen for the quiet voice,
Of Christ, the great “I AM”!
