Analysis of A Son is given

The bright star this night
the wise men followed its sight
A little king in a manger did He lay
Mary borned Him on Christmas day

Hark the angels sang "Here is the new born King"
To this day carols we sing

A Son given the government on His shoulders to bear
Wonderful councilor bright and morning star that cares

Oh praise to the KIng on high
Majesty and glory the one whom we draw nigh!
