Analysis of Scuffling Rose
Would you water me and watch me grow?
Or pick me and watch me die slow?
I never bowed against the mighty.
But I'm broken down by the hasty.
Among all the phases of my life,
Falling off was the best drive.
The romantic fragrance of mine,
Is cracking me to my deadline.
Once, I was the symbol of sinking love,
To the breathtaking epic beauty and the beast.
She needed life and He needed love,
I fulfilled my prophecy and flagged their majesty.
At the instant you try to seize,
Is the stage to slash your wing.
Bury me endlessly with no trace,
And ache for mercy till the last age.
I can make your beloved prosper bright.
Or make you wonder with sick fright.
It is how you see the sight.
Cause beauty is found inside to alight.

About this poem
This is an attempt to to express the suppressed feeling of an enchanted rose. A Rose tries to explain the agony and the revenge it could take against the cruel and who ill treat other creatures.
