Analysis of Freedom?

Aaron Acedo 1960 (calif)

If i were free i would have no pain inside of me
If i were free then i would have a reason to be
If i were free then i wouldn't have to look behind me          And i were free they wouldn't have to lock the doors behind me
And if i were free then i wouldn't have to be afraid of me
But if i was really free then i would have someone beside me
But since i'm not free my heart will be empty for eternity
But to free my mind i would have to die
Because i see no freedom
