Analysis of Which One Upsets You More?

Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)

Is it the truth that bothers you.
And...
You can not handle it?
Or is it,
Its reality?
You refuse to accept.
And admit to yourself exists.
Which one upsets you more?

'What difference does it make?

Either way,
My life to delude and fiction...
Is keeping my nights sleepless.
Leaving my beliefs,
Threatened and attacked.
By evidence and the facts of life.
No longer can I afford to avoid them!
This kept to deny,
Has me feeling undecisive.
Mentally disturbed as if crazed!'

Well...
You will not be alone.
Which ever way you choose,
To pick one or the other.
Both will lead you,
These days...
Headed in the same direction.
