Reconciliation

Reconciliation to God the Father
Is free
Paid for you
By Jesus Christ
The Lamb of God

He shed His innocent blood
on the cross for you
And rose again
On the third day
To redeem you

There is nothing on this earth
That you can do
To earn that reconciliation,
But once reconciled to God.

Becoming and adopted child of God
There is an expectation
From Elohim
For us

An expectation of obedience
To God the Father
And to our Savior
Lord Jesus Christ

God's expectation from us
Is to have good works
For with good works we are productive
For the kingdom of God
And with good works
We glorify God the Father

In the Holy Scriptures
The living faith
That pleases God
Consists of faith and works
Always together

God expects from us
Good Works along with our faith
As His children
Since faith without works
Is referred to
As dead faith
In the word of God

That is why
Jesus Christ said
"You think you are alive
But you are dead
Perfect your works
Before God the Father
And you will walk with me"

God expects from us
A living faith
To represent God
To represent Elohim
To be the ambassadors of God
Having works along
With our faith

There is an expectation of obedience
To His instruction
Out of love
Out of reverence
For God knows what is best for us
And Holy Trinity is God

It's a win win situation
For when you do good works
God will bless you back
In the areas you need to be blessed in
And also you will earn
A reward in heaven
For everything on earth that you do
And it will be
Always a confirmation
Of a living faith towards God
A confirmation of a living faith for you...

Revelation 3:1-6 (ESV)

To the Church in Sardis

1 “And to the angel of the church in Sardis write:
‘The words of him who has the seven spirits of God and the seven stars.

“‘I know your works. You have the reputation of being alive, but you are dead.

2 Wake up, and strengthen what remains and is about to die,
for I have not found your works complete in the sight of my God.

3 Remember, then, what you received and heard. Keep it, and repent.
If you will not wake up, I will come like a thief,
and you will not know at what hour I will come against you.

4 Yet you have still a few names in Sardis, people who have not soiled their garments,
and they will walk with me in white, for they are worthy.

5 The one who conquers will be clothed thus in white garments,
and I will never blot his name out of the book of life.
I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels.

6 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’

Please notice the verse 10 in Ephesians 2

Ephesians 2:1-10 (ESV)

1 And you were dead in the trespasses and sins
2 in which you once walked, following the course of this world,
following the prince of the power of the air,
the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience—
3 among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh,
carrying out the desires of the body[a] and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath,
like the rest of mankind.

4 But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us,

5 even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved—

6 and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,

7 so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness
toward us in Christ Jesus.

8 For by grace you have been saved through faith.
And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God,

9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast.

10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works,
which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

James 2 (ESV)

1 My brothers, show no partiality as you hold the faith in our Lord Jesus Christ,
the Lord of glory.

2 For if a man wearing a gold ring and fine clothing comes into your assembly,
and a poor man in shabby clothing also comes in,

3 and if you pay attention to the one who wears the fine clothing and say,
“You sit here in a good place,” while you say to the poor man, “You stand over there,” or,
“Sit down at my feet,”

4 have you not then made distinctions among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts?

5 Listen, my beloved brothers, has not God chosen those who are poor in the world to be rich in faith
and heirs of the kingdom, which he has promised to those who love him?

6 But you have dishonored the poor man. Are not the rich the ones who oppress you,
and the ones who drag you into court?

7 Are they not the ones who blaspheme the honorable name by which you were called?

8 If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture,
“You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing well.

9 But if you show partiality, you are committing sin and are convicted by the law as transgressors.

10 For whoever keeps the whole law but fails in one point has become guilty of all of it.

11 For he who said, “Do not commit adultery,” also said, “Do not murder.”
If you do not commit adultery but do murder, you have become a transgressor of the law.

12 So speak and so act as those who are to be judged under the law of liberty.

13 For judgment is without mercy to one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.

Faith Without Works Is Dead

14 What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works?
Can that faith save him?

15 If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food,

16 and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,”
without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that?

17 So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.

18 But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.”

Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.

19 You believe that God is one; you do well. Even the demons believe—and shudder!

20 Do you want to be shown, you foolish person, that faith apart from works is useless?

21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered up his son Isaac on the altar?

22 You see that faith was active along with his works, and faith was completed by his works;

23 and the Scripture was fulfilled that says,
“Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness”—and he was called a friend of God.

24 You see that a person is justified by works and not by faith alone.

25 And in the same way was not also Rahab the prostitute justified by works
when she received the messengers and sent them out by another way?

26 For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so also faith apart from works is dead.

James 1:22-25 (ESV)

22 But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.

23 For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer,
he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror.

24 For he looks at himself and goes away and at once forgets what he was like.

25 But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres,
being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing.
