THE HEART DESIRES
Here's a piece of my heart,
It bangs just at the sight of your call,
I could scribble how I feel but each time I try I get lost cause I'm head over hills.
In my mind,
I've written countless pieces,
I wish I could share a glimpse just so you could read and maybe i see you smile to your ears.
The thought of you resonates with deep sense of compassion as I smell your favourite perfume,
as I listen to the rhythm in your voice as you call my name,
Each alphabet seemingly pronounced like you were present at my naming.
I could share my world with you if only you will hold me firmly. ❤
