Analysis of 5:24 am
I used to be a grade A guy
I lived my life with distinction
top of class society in every aspect
approximately Picasso in my graces
4.0 dignified peace average
I tried to be the picture perfect son
but love makes people foolish
and then I met her
face of an angel, but intentions of a wicked soul
I built my life around her until I became someone I didn’t recognize
I let her consume my mind to the point I stopped being who I was
as my grades dropped
so did her love
It degraded me,
and when she broke my heart
my life fell apart,
application, knowledge, thinking all 0
1.0 graceless punitive attempts
her love made me foolish
it caved in my soul and depleted my excellence
I entered with honours and left desolate,
The lie? Her love
The truth? I was a fool
