Analysis of Was it love?

Nobody talks about the calm breakups.
Not true love but not friendship.
Not mutual but not messy.

My after dawn, post darkness, grounding me.
Feeling whole again.
Like gold in a ceramic vase.
Not perfect but not broken.
Just enough.

One day the decision was made.
Another followed with discovery.
Finished.
