Analysis of Doubt

Being average on everything is a good thing, yet it makes you look indecisive, confused, even lazy. That's the problem I saw in my experience "You learning everything makes you untrustworthy, so I'm not gonna trust you with everything from now on and only let you do as you please as long as I know what you are doing" it's like being able to do anything but since no one trusts you, it makes you doubt. Am I wrong? Did I forget something? Did I really do it? Until you cannot let that lingering doubt that you forgot something along the way, but you don't. The worst thing that can lead to this is you just straight up not do it, so if you check in your mind that you didn't do it, you'd just go to the thing you didn't do and do it.
