Analysis of Ecstasy

We see with eyes,
We feel with hearts,
We feel the gentle touch of silky hands,
Enjoy the dreamy voice and eerie sounds.

Bu it's not the same as when you were a child ـــ
No dreams to please the heart and lull the mind.

In childhood, life was all the best,
And everything had a special taste.

We used to savor sweets, and biscuits, even bread,
And smell the rose white, and yellow, and red.

We were in love with Nature's boons and grace,
We had delight at every time and state and place.

We used to have our own rich world ـــ
ٍSo free, and vast, with thoughts so bold.

Could we redeem what has been gone?
Could we undo what has been done?

Let's be satisfied with life as is,
And season it with dreams of kids.
