Analysis of Why am I here

Why am I here
I’m drowning in a sadness and I can’t my head above water
Where is my life boat
I’ve been under water for months now
I thought I met an angel but he had so many demons
Beautiful face but an ugly soul
That’s why I keep asking my self
Why am I here
The devil doesn’t come with horns and a pitchfork
He comes as everything you ever wanted
The demons keep trying to suck me in
But I can’t let them have me
And to the girl I was before I met you
Please come back
Where are you I need you
So when is my lifeboat coming
I’m swimming but there’s no shore
I can’t let these beautiful demons get me
Where is my lifeboat
Why am I here
