Analysis of The Water Speaks to Me Today

Thomas M. Scott 1948 (United States)

"The Water Speaks to Me Today"

(An Early Morning Reflection Born at Aine's Place)

"The water speaks to me today, as an early morning zephyr slides gently across its surface.  It whispers, ' What would you like to know?!  What would you like to know?!'  And then it said: ' The answers are always within.  The answers are always within.  Your soul taught me this, before I began to flow.  What you ask me, you already know.'  The water speaks to me, today, and tells me what I already know --- and tells me, it does, what I already know.  That days flow from streams of everlasting awareness and that children are simply Life's dreams of Itself in three-dimensional form --- that worry is simply a design to help us learn how to shine, and become even more brighter than any three-dimensional sun --- that years are for learning and for fun.

The water spoke to me today and told me what my soul already knows and told me, the water did, what my soul already knows.  ‘Selah’. ‘Selah’.  ‘Selah’. "
