Analysis of SECRET

Elizabeth Lacy 1964 (Denver)

THOUHGTS OF YOU CONSUME MY NIGHTS,
YES, IKNOW IT ISN'T RIGHT.
YOUR IN SO MANY OF MY DREAMS,
SHARING THE FORBIDDEN THINGS.
I DON'T QUITE UNDERSTAND THE THOUGHTS IN MY MIND,
EXCEPT TO SAY IT'S BECAUSE YOUR SO KIND.
MAYBE IT'S WHEN YOU WHISPER IN MY EAR,
OR IT'S THAT SOFT TOUCH WHEN YOUR NEAR.
I HOLD THESE WORDS YOU SHARE IN MY HEART,
AND NEVER WANT OUR FRIENDSHIP TO PART.
PLEASE KEEP THESE WORDS TO YOURSELF,
AND ALWAYS NOW YOU MAKE MY HEART MELT.
