Analysis of Don't Forget Me

Don't Forget Me
written by Lallabrigida Cooper Singleton
Don't Forget Me
Shackled in the den of life
buried by my pain
life's hidden battles
has just called my name
people say they love me
but hidden hate is vain
troubled by so much sorrow
some may call it insane
wise beyond tomorrow
tolerance has brought me sane
Nevertheless, being alone never bothered me
until my love said my sweet name
so trending very softly with my solace and loves stain
crying softly into a pillow at night hoping a loved one would explain
I have learned to cope though now with God's trust in my brain
