Analysis of Venus

Honor to see
your temple beneath.
Within the forest lays
an arch of roses:
Venus and your flower.

Mountains and domes
resemble your throne.
The mark of a light
comes alive when your hollows arise.

My world becomes alive,
with ardor and fire,
when I feel your vehement desire.
And after the rain,
you lay, awaken from the zest
of my amour and hunger.
