Analysis of I Keep Thinking About You.

I Keep Thinking About You.

I've been driving on all night long,
Trying to figure out where we went wrong,
This time.
I keep thinking 'bout the words we said,
They keep playing out inside my head,
Rewind.
Wishing I could take them back,
Knowing it's too late for that,
I cry.

I keep thinking about you,
I keep calling out your name,
I'll pick up the phone to call you,
But I know it won't be the same,
Then I hang my weary head,
And think about you once again.

If I knew then, what I know now,
If I could go back in time somehow,
I'd try.
To do things so differently,
To end up here with you and me,
tonight.
You know my love is real,
How do I forget to feel?
I die.

I keep thinking about you,
I keep calling out your name,
I'll pick up the phone to call you,
But I know it won't be the same,
Then I hang my weary head.
And think about you once again.
