Analysis of Choices, Obligations With Pay

As choices and decisions are done,
To choose and make them.
Some do this to believe,
Whichever direction made to do this...
Is a personal and individual journey.
Needing no one to explain,
The why and to who...
This doing may affect.

However...
If one has committed,
To others to play together as teammates.
With this to entertain,
Under the heat of a game played.
And paid to do it.
In public display.
With a spotlight on them focused.
An explanation is owed,
As to why and to who...
Their choice to choose a decision made,
Emotionally affects...
Teammates, a paying crowd entertained.
Caring less about a player's decision,
If a decision to commit...
With payment given.
To assume their 'personal' actions taken,
Is unnecessary to explain.
Done to believe,
They can do what they please!

As a team player when that us done.
However...
When the spotlight is on you,
I think you are terrific.
But I must admit,
Tolerating your ignorance...
Is not the reason,
You were picked to play 'our' game.
Or paid,
To believe your personal life...
Is okay to do as you please.
Without at least giving us a hint,
Or a clue.
As to how we should feel.
That affects us too!'
