Analysis of Closed Case

What does it feel like to be apart of a closed case?
 Let me tell you.
Pain, Fear, Anger, Resentment, Denial, Greif.
Pain, in knowing that the man who molested me for three almost four years gets to walk free.
Fear, in knowing that other know what he did to me.
Anger, that while I have to Battle my C-PTSD he gets to walk free and happy.
Resentment, because the system we believed in failed us.
Denial, in the fact that Rick will face NO consequences, Denial in that fact that he claims to have no memory of me!
Greif, in the fact that our childhood was stolen from us, and we don’t even get to protect other people from that Monster.
That is what it feels like to be apart of a Closed Case
