Analysis of September's Song

Andrew Perricone 1961 (Nashville, Tn)

I hear the wind calling my name.
It seem's to be telling me that summer is over,
as the chills blow in telling me that winters on
it's way.
I hear the wind calling my name.
It tells me that I'll have to get out my winter
clothes, for winter's on it's way.
I hear the wind calling my name.
As it sings happy birthday to me today
now I'm just a little older, with new thing's
to learn. for life is precious to me.
