Analysis of voices of undervalued little ones

Gentle gents of our globe,
Lovely ladies in their robes
Maven mothers of might
This is the day of delight

I’m standing strong in your sight
Seeking shield to defend their right
Fighting for freedom of expression
Of youngsters of great ambition

They’re those often trifled
Taken for granted and credited
Spot their cups of seedling
Raised for chance filling

Some are compelled into armed forces
Shrouded from using their chances
Some are raped and fornicated
With their skills not mapped

At their failure all we call their names is shame
Yet unbearable nightmares haunts on their fame
Their minds muted by midst memories
Tears torturing their abilities

Mother Africa, for how long
They’ll sing sorrowful songs?
Children cited under cursed constraints
Not even directed with consultancy

Girls getting gender prejudice
Sat down by injustice
Of this bigoted society
Withering their sovereignty

Smart kids facing stigmatization
Their ideas facing execution
Lacking chances to climb the stage
Weighted down by unfair treatment

When will there be someone
To look in the genes of little ones
And spot fountain abilities
In African children

They are raised into poverty world
Shrouding their midst sharpened like sword
With great abilities not put at hand
Due to lack of enough funds

Boys and girls dropping out of schools
Skidded on steep slopes
Stereotyped on ground of their nature
Called coons creatures

But I’ve had vision that attest possibilities
Children enjoying quick mobility
I can see the greatest inventors
I can see biologist with best innovation

I can sense successive physicians
And entrepreneurs in young Africans
Winning the mirth and stirring the blood
Lymph of discoveries flowing like flood

The time African children
Will be written all over chronicles
With their great abilities
Enticed to facilities

The pots of sorrows
The thunders of horror
The drops of tears
And sickly cares

In African children
Will vanish then
