Analysis of Me Time!!!

A question asked by my son, few days back
Do you spend some Me Time ,  I lost  track

Never had given it a thought before
The question seemed to stare

So much to do, many to be pleased
Great number of members to be appeased

There were deadlines to be met
Also to be fed and taken care of the pet.

The chaos around had to be settled
The boat of life had to be paddled

The running around with the kids
With all the managing till the ache in ribs

The list of errands waa long and endless
Was always on toes and very restless

He said -  Pause!!Stop trying to fit the bill
Relax, sit back, take a chill pill

There's much more in life to do
Stop living for others and not for you

Enjoy yourself, go shopping and giggle
Read, go to spa, meet friends and mingle

You just die just once
Live for yourself once
