Analysis of Life keeps moving

I do not know all the answers and that’s ok.
I do know this.
Sometimes we break to renew.
Sometimes we have darkness to appreciate our brighter days.
Sometimes we have pain to mold us into something stronger.
Sometimes  we don’t know who we are  or why we are here until we become steady with our breath.
Sometimes making time to replenish ourselves is enough.
Regardless of the season,
the moments in your life right now, there will still be many cracks.
Some impactful and some less significant. What matters is the decisions you make on this present moment to keep moving forward.
