Analysis of Sea War
Just when It’s time to let my hair down
Without a warning, it hits me like a wave
That's when everything ushers in, sinking down
Drowning in my thoughts
Trying to resurface
But I’m pulled down yet again
After thousands of times,
Of telling myself “It’s not your fault,”
It took one hit from a gale
For all hell to come raining down
I lay there trying to
Steady the sea in my head
To tame the sea monsters
I’ve kept tamed for months
Desperate to breathe,
I fight the monsters
Gasping for air,
Till I’ve passed out
Now sea war is over till,
Next time.
