Analysis of Sonnet: Quietus
Crank your gears, horn in ears and shut your mouth,
You're just pigs with no snout,in circles running about,
Try not to shout, when you find out, you're work for what?
Waking up each day and just to be back in the rut.
Clear your senses untill your sense is not working clearly,
And just tear up with the fear that you adhere to so dearly,
Is your "doings' worth" worth doing or that has been done,
Catch a break and think, before you're caught back on the run,
But you'd rather have your happy masks up, and do your tasks,
Untill your cask brims, then trims up for a day to bask,
Then repeats at last, he accepts defeat at last,
Now rock the chair in despair with your fatuous past.
Time won't wait, better not be late so
think a little while,
Before you find, you're in line, to cross the river Nile.
I'm just saying do what you love and have realistic goals,
And don't go on to poke holes on in other's bowls,
The end is quick to dry you up inside you'll try to moisten,
Give up or give in, the only thing, left, so pick your poison.
You'll have cancerous pandemics and all things pathetic,
Forget the aesthetics when you're diabetic,
And cry over debts in your debit and credit cards,
Watch out for Nation's inflation on inclining bars,
So once and for all, this one's for all,
Grasping the gin glass I growl,
"To impregnable demise, and the end in rise,
If humanity dies, don't agonize."
"As the end is final, or so i feel,
All mortals die, humans aren't a big deal."
