Analysis of Days like today

Brieanna Friesenhahn 1991 (Knoxville)

it's days like today I wanna feel the ray the heat the warmth of the air kissing my cheek.
but Im cold like ice through my veins body like death in the waiting.
heart so dark it's shadows my chest pain fueled as thy energy drains.
thy skin so pale as if the ground has sucked thy life from me.
broken as I just wanna be let free.
hold me tight wrap your aura around my body like the blanket that helps me breathe.
