Analysis of jealousy

I keep seeing you out with her, it hurts
All interactions with you have soured
It was so preventable, is what's worse
If i hadn't had been such a coward

It isn't fair for me to feel this way
After all it is her right to love you
Its not your fault that you fell for her sway
But whenever I see you two, I puke

I wonder what to do with these feelings
Left unspoken out of well founded fears
But I can't imagine myself healing
Not even in a hundred million years

So I must live with this pain in silence
For distancing from you would hurt me more
Yet moments with you feel like violence
Ironic, for it is you I adore

But please don't feel pity for this poor dove
For I have lost this tragic game of love
