Analysis of Higher Than School

Fourteen entering the great unknown
still not mature or fully grown
the age of total awareness
fault finding, treatment of unfairness
camouflaged movement in the halls
ditching days, with parental home calls
hoping the years would accelerate
lucky to marry, your high school mate
teachers edition, pass the class
dorks, the popular will harass
rights of passage finding your place
shied away from homework, not to embrace
dropouts with some other priority
none of us could deal with authority
dean of supervision rap sheet
over the shoulder tests, to cheat
dress codes created by cliques
attitudes with their own mix
exiting breath of fresh air
real world challenges, did you prepare?
