Analysis of "Anxiety"
Do you ever get that sudden rush over your whole body?
The feeling that tells you to be perfect or to just not talk at all
The constant worry of judgement from people that you don’t even know
The thought that replays every situation in your head and tells you what you did wrong or could have done differently
The feeling at night that makes you can’t sleep
The constant thoughts playing in your head like you are watching a thousand different TV stations at once
The anxious feeling that can come out of nowhere
The planning in your head of how to say “here” when the teacher is calling attendance
The times when your mind is racing or the times where you can’t think at all
The fidgeting with things and the cracking of your knuckles
The feeling of being overwhelmed by anything around you
The feeling of anxiety.
