Kia Ora, my name is Leah, and I am from New Zealand. I have two children, both boys who I adore, and I am currently studying creative writing. Half way through my level seven diploma, which is going great, and I am editing my first novel as a part of the course. I love to read poetry, the way it makes me feel and think, but more so, how amazing it feels to write poetry. It is nice to connect with other poets and poetry lovers from around the world. I don't have any friends who are interested in poetry or creative writing, so it is nice to be a part of this community where I can be around like-minded people who see the beauty in the written word, just like me.
