The Dead Flower

Brittle and dry

Dusted and Decayed

Shriveled and dull

Crushed and withered

Once was alive and beautiful

Vibrant and silky

Open and free

Enjoyed and loved

But you stopped replenishing its essentials

You let it get dark

You let it dry...
